Jim is our practice administrator, in charge of all sorts of day-to-day office tasks so that our clinical staff can focus on what’s ultimately most important—our patients! From big-picture stuff like staffing and finances to details like making sure that the waiting-room fridge is always stocked with drinks, Jim’s role is to ensure that our office runs like a well-oiled machine.

Jim was born and raised in New Jersey and lived all over the United States and abroad before settling down here in El Paso with his wife Dr. Flores in 2019. He has a bachelor’s degree in international studies and a master’s degree in history, and he’s the incredibly proud father of two young boys. In his (admittedly rare) spare time, he enjoys hiking in the Franklin Mountains and playing and listening to music.

Soreli is a world-class dental assistant who has worked at Prickly Pear Dental Care from the very beginning. As such, she’s been an integral part of helping our office to grow! She works hard to provide compassionate, high-quality dental care, and she does all that she can to help make our patients feel comfortable during their visits.

In her free time, Soreli is a big sports fan, particularly enjoying football, baseball, and soccer (go Chiefs, Dodgers, and Real Madrid!). She also likes cooking and baking, and she deeply values quality time spent with her family.

Jennifer is the front-office coordinator here at Prickly Pear Dental Care. If you’ve ever given our office a call, it’s very likely her voice that you heard on the line! Like Soreli, Jennifer has been a part of our team since day one, and she’s also played an important role in growing our office into what it is today.

Jennifer was born and raised right here in El Paso, Texas. She’s a devoted wife to her husband and a proud mother to her son. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and other loved ones. She’s also an advocate for animal welfare here in the city of El Paso.
